like two wealthy people going thru a divorce not and probe could fight it out to see who controls the deposit.if the deposit is on the line the fight would be messy. this would take millions in legal fees and could take years. Or they could come to an agreement up front and share in the wealth which is what i think we are seeing the seeds of today.
