I think Dave went to commence work on Victory so that the precievedl value of any PRB worth is not seen as just the MW properties... JMHO I also think that Probe is drilling because they have a good target and chances are we will hit anyway. It will just be to the NE thats all. We will still have the sp spike no matter what part of the area Probe drills successfully. JMHO.....
