This whole uncertainty has escalated not from a point of view of negotiation... but from a confrontational stance.

I was told some time ago that RN tried to make a deal on the MW properties last summer... just after the drilling started on DE1 and prior to the news on the hit.

With this in mind I have scensed a confrontational relationship between NOT and PRB... this is evidenced by the choices of presentation of the information from NOT... PRB anomolies have constantly been marginalized.. where the continuety for instance onto FWR is defined and co operation is evident.

This seams to have come to a head today with a comment supposedly directly with RN in regard to the validity of the PRB staking...

This definately needs clarification... . JMHO
