If NOT passes shares off to every company they want to jv with they will soon be over 200 million shares and counting.I'm anxious to see what NOT has in store for FNC when they decide to drill on the shared anomaly.If FNC postpones the forums will light up with theories as to why.I've got my theory developed,have you?
