It is great to see that PRB confirms that there is no boundary dispute. That is good to hear. I am relieved about this as it was a great concern. PRB's orignial NR was so ambiguous that is was concevable, but a stretch, that there was one. Then there was the NOT poster who claims that Nemis acknowledged a claims dispute which further muddied the water. It is nice to hear it direct from PRB to clarify this and also to advise us that discussions with NOT are termitnated for now and drilling will proceed at MW.

But this whole episode leaves a sour taste with many shareholders. Seems all it aaccomplished was a delay in drilling of MW. Now we have to wait 3 or 4 or 5 weeks more for drilling at MW. IMHO, we'd be over $1 with announcement of drilling at MW, with visuals of MW soon thereafter. Instead we got a blindsiding NR and postponement, dip in SP, and tons of uncertainly as what is going on. Lets hope we get some positive visuals from Victory soon.

PRB can always enter discussions again with NOT in future. But if they ever do, they will be in a strengthened position knowing what they have in the ground when/if they go to the negotiation table again.

Just wondering of comments on this forum and the many many calls they recieved helped them make up their mind.
