Not withstanding these last two news releases, I think Mr Palmer wants to drill Victory first for several reasons. If you go to PRB's web site it appears PRB already has a camp set up there and this was the intended project area until NOT hit it big. It is very possible the Mr Palmer has been struggling with going to MW were it appears there would be an almost guaranteed hit. But this would cost more because PRB would have to move camp or pay more to fly daily from their camp at Victory. If there was a very good working relationship with NOT they could rent or share costs at NOT's camp. A hit at Victory is not only a bigger gamble, but if they were to hit big, it would blow the socks off of PRB's shares and raise the whole area profile that much more. Man some of these guys must find it difficult to sleep some nights.
