Okay I have read and re-read, compared release beside release and here is my conclusion. Unless someone here is an insider and has information not in these press releases there is nothing in any of these releases to say:

a) Who approached whom.

b) What, "the disposition of by Pobe" means

c) What, "all of its land holdings in the McFauld's Lake area" means.

d) Who broke off the talks.

Now lets get on with it LOL
