In dollar terms, I agree with you. But during quiet markets like we had this morning, it was a whopper offering to me.

When I was a floor broker on the PSE I crossed a block of stock at the time that was the largest ever done at the Exchange. I think it was 5 million shares or so. It was big for us at the time and a whopper of a cross but compared to the trading activity and size of the NYSE crosses, it wasn't.

I believe some subjectivity at certain times and in certain places is appropriate.

But with the dollar amount, you are absolutely correct.
