Interesting point, but I think as soon as the market got wind of a bid like that, a more realistic ratio of 1:4 or better would be the end result. Doesn't take a whole lot of interest to raise the SP when there is such low liquidity in a stock, and I think major shareholders would be insulted by a 60% premium to weighted average. There is just too much of this tale left to be told.

Can you imagine the outcry if someone was to attempt that with NOT? $4.80 a share for Noront is as criminal as $0.50 for Probe.
