There are inconsistencies on both sides. As a matter of fact inconsistencies seems to be the flavor of the year.

I follow CAA closely with their jv with Hudbay and how Hudbay has been screwing CAA re royalties.

A judge has ordered Hudbays books be opened to CAA which could cost Hudbay millions. The thing is that it took a few years for this action. Perhaps it would be wise for the company to begin some type of action.

It is my opinion that Anglo and Hudbay are 2 different animals but when there is Gold involved, people change..:)

It would be nice to have things in order for your DD and I think it would be in our best interests to have this done before the October drill program. People will ask questions. It would be great if we could have the real answers.

A phone call would be a good start but we will still require this info from the office. We can investigate this through DD for ever and still not get the facts if they don't want us to get them.

One more problem may be that Palmer doesn't know either!!!

I'll talk to the guys and see if we can't put together a call to Palmer to see if we could get this issue resolved.
