I was of the same mind as you as you are probably aware. I was of a mind that Palmer mad mistakes not realizing in the beginning just how bad things were. Hind sight is everything as you well know. I think that in this case Mr. Palmer has one uped us with some excellent 4 sight...:)

As I have mentioned, i spoke with Karen and another nice young lady who is a Geo. I'm sorry I forget her name. both very nice and knowledgeable.

After bouncing things off them my mind began to change and I began to see this situation from a different perspective.
