I had a short conversation with Karen after the news release yesterday. David has engaged in the discussion with Noront to resolve the land dispute issue in the past 6 months. IMO, it was indeed a nice settlement that will definitely benefit our shareholders. She told me we can expect that a steady stream of news releases will be out after this important settlement.

Furthermore, Noront will contribute more in exploration activities due to financial obligations. They have a total of 5 drills in operation, $18M for exploration funding and 6-8 skillful gelogists. It's much more than Chromite discovery in one of four individual claim blocks. Vanadium trend extends to the north east block. PGE/PGM's at the north end of Chromite and only 450M away from the first Noront discovery site.
