Don,

Last year I was the only few that had attended the AGM in Toronto.

From October to May , this 7 months, PRB did not show much progress.

As an investor, one had the right to querry the management.

In actual fact, there are still many steps Palmer need to take .

Hope the coming detailed JV will satisfy both companies' investors.

There were total around 20 persons..

The AGM went smoothly....cash in bank July 31= 5.1 million

Monthly office expense :20,000

for a 1000meter drill in DE = 260/ m x 1000m

to show that the company is well funded and assests is far richer than represented by the shares price..

Goldex NSR : PRB will hire an independant engineer to find out how much resources fall into the 5% net smelter royalty as the resources get bigger than before..

Tamarack Project with Mantis.. geophysics finished and is waiting for Mantis to commence the drilling program...this project can be an extension of two kind of resouces the NI and the Cr ..the exact wording : along the trend of the FWR CR discoveries...

After careful study of geophysics data, PRB may have another drilling program MCfauld Lake West about 1000 m for 6-7 holes, last time the drill hit the end of the target ,this time the drill will go to the middle...they do not expect any cobalt resources...
