Cause...shares are tightly held by insiders (around 6-7 million) and institutions. Small retail shareholders took the profit and left. Those shares were transferred to Anonymous (brokers), Latimer, Raymond James, basically in the strong hands.

Right after the last news release, I had a chance to talk to Company to clarify a couple of items. Noront is obligated to spend 50% of in each year as a result of JV agreement. The operator (Probe) will determine drilling targets and prepare drilling plans for the first two years.

As ther is no more hurdle in the path of exploration activities, a stready stream of news releases are forthcoming....very often..
