No! This looks like the hiring of a couple of Base Metals Guys, some Younger new Geo's and a former Gov. type on the BoD have helped PRB get a Strong Forward Plan in Place. The Setteling of the Noront Dispute and the Riddance of Mantis now allows PRB to move forward Confidently and Aggressively.

Looks like all the Nitty Gritty Back Room Squabeling is coming to an END. New Blue Sky is beginning to Appear.
