She said there is one last step, which is a just formality to go through with Noront as indicated in the earlier NR regarding jv (both companies have to approve the exploration program... equal expenditures), which makes sense to me. As far as the timing for NR announcement, she advised me to keep checking in the company's news section. All I care for the present time is 1) No outstanding issue so far 2) Drilling to start as planned.. I'm quite happy with her answers.. She is always very nice lady to talk with and she has a wonderful voice....
