Dave will communicate status to shareholders with official progress updates. I'm sure there are statements in the JV agreement that dictate how material news is to be diseminated.

I find Dave to be a great resource. Our converstions have always lasted more than 20 minuest and have been as long as 1hr. His optimism is tempered by years of experience and knowledge. if you have time you should give him a call.
