The only statement of the post from my opinion was "It appears that Noront requested modifications..." as they had to have meetings prior to sign-off. Sincerely, the company is still waiting for papers to be signed off by Noront and it was not under the control. I'm also becoming impatient as well.....who would think there would be this much delay for the paper work to be done??
