It is based on assumption that Probe finds Chromite at good grades (Chromite is typically discovered at high grades) and one additional Ni-CU PGEs at one of three jv claim blocks, or Tamarack and Victory properties (not even take the Goldex Royalty & Bristol Township Gold Project ito consideration)
Freewest o/s: 199,825,039 plus 14.75 mlm shares w/ recent financing Current sp: $.24
Roughly FWR has 6.5 times of Probe's.
$.24 x 214.7 = $51.53 mlm
Probe o/s: 33.6 mln shares /w cash $3.6 mln (equivalent $.11 per share excluding exploration expenditures)
$51.53 divide by 33.6 mln = $1.53
$1.53 + $.11 = $1.64
I also counted at least $.50 for Ni-Cu potential deposit discovery to the above to make it over $2.00.
While Freewest's warranty prices are low, Probe's is at an average of $.40. When o/s is in high number and shares are not tightly held, it is normally target for hedge fund attacks and naked shorting like Noront or FWR. Potentially Probe will be shot up fast upon good assay results or information on preliminary visual mineralization.
