News of Cliff's interest in building railroad line to ROF is indeed very interesting. To me, it shows that Cliff's is very, very serious about establishing itself in ROF. And they are interested in chrome. It seems that at this point in time, chrome gets no respect when it comes to valueing a company. Curently, nickel seems to be the main driving force of the SP of companies in ROF, and chrome has taken a back seat. Hopefully, this is an indication that this will soon change and chrome will become a more significant factor, which should benefit Probe.
