If Cliff Natural Resources is successful in obtaining Freewest's Chromite discovery, and then puts in the infrastructure to start mining in the time frame they state, the infrastructure alone increases the value of all junior miners in the immediate area, and though Probe's chromite discovery is much smaller and divided with Noront, Cliff will certainly make a generous offer for that land alone in order to add to their total claim, which could provide Probe investors with stock in Cliff along with their Probe stock, which value should still increase due to a major miner coming in and putting in infrastructure that none of the juniors can afford. I know that Cliff isn't going to build roads right up to properties that it doesn't own, but they will be MUCH closer than 200 miles away as in the current situation. The juniors could then perhaps share costs of extending such infrastructure to their other claim sites, with Cliff having borne the brunt of the burden for their own purposes.
Maybe I am way off base in my understanding here, and I would welcome correction, so have at it. I am thick skinned.
