Sculpin, I can't believe that I wrote FNC. Yes, I intended to write FWR, which was bought out by Cliff's. Also, its the FWR (now Cliff's) SPQ/KWG joint venture that I intnded to refer to. Thanks for pointing that out.

I might add that I dont know exactly how PRB's chromite will eventually end up in the mix, but its MHO that PRB is definitely a player in the ROF's move towards chromite consolidation.
