PRB is like owning land next to a developing area of a city. Its a lot of waiting but eventually the call comes to buy out your area as it is the next step in development. If you watch this stock daily waiting for share price drivers you will drive yourself crazy. I think Palmer has played it right. They have money to wait it out and they're not burning through it and diluting the stock.
