I have not followed up on this property, the option had a termination date at or near the end of june 2010 if the terms were noncompliant. However, there is usually some wiggle room, I will check when I chat next.

Last week I think IR told me that Dave was visiting Agnico Eagle re the 5% NSR that PRB has with this producing mine. Hopefully there will be a NR that brings the shareholders up to date re this issue as this could add significant exploration funds if indeed Agnico is actually mining on the optioned property. Funds that could be working on the McFaulds property.
