I think there is another wildcard regarding BC and the chromite, that being another party or party(s), beside CLF, with more than a casual interest in the deposit. Strategically, they could really throw CLF a curve if serious.
The beauty of this is that for PRB it doesn't matter who starts the bidding, as the company's loyalties belong only to its shareholders. It would also ensure that PRB would get a fair price for this currently undervalued asset.
This could get very interesting.
