looks like the retail investor in dug in deep and holding. the institution investor is throwing a few shares out there to keep the price down and the day traders and weak kneed retail investors are accounting for the volume we see now. cliffs has to have a good idea what the chromite is worth now and i suspect there is negotiations ongoing. my preference is a cash deal for the chromite and a new gold only company for probe.
