This will support an initial offer from Cliffs of $2.00 /share for the Chromite resource.... I think that the share price would then reflect a premium to that offfer in the $2.50 range..

Then a second offer equal to the cash offered to KWG will be made for $3.00 / share for the Chromite alone with reorganized PRB gold shares to holders + $3.00 cash... and a managment recomendation to accept this..... A sweatener of $10 million funding from Cliffs to PRB Gold sould be an additional consideration to kick start PRB Gold.....

Then we would be locked and loaded for round 2 of the PRB for millions story!
