I thnk if you check on SEDI you would find that the options exercised are from previous options, not the current ones just set.
No doubt this is a positive sign .... more importantly the seting of the new option price @ $1.40.... the belief that PRB is worth more than present trading range, otherwise they would simply wait for lower price to set new options.
