I dissagree.... all that is needed is some buying to come in and PRB is off to a new higher level.

These guys look like finger traders to me, flipping a few for some change.

All the same they are creating some small volume to sustain the price..... If anything all they show is trading activity every day.... something which is required for Cliffs to make a bid..... That 10 day trade weighted average again!

Since NOV 19th 10 trading days 2.1 MM shares avg @ $1.85
