Hi,i do not quite understand your first statement about Cliff wanting PRb in the $2.50 range ? I sense,based on a number of takeovers ,that Cliff in this case will try to get PRB assets as cheaply as possible. Is this not what we saw with FWR and SPQ? Todays suppression of the sp to the $2.00 level gives me the feeling that any offer from Cliff will be not much more then $2.50,take it or leave it. That is the way the elephant plays with the mouse. We retail will again have little power,IMO,if one or two institutionals accept a pre-arranged lock-up of their shares ( and get a sweetheart deal otherwise). I am just going through a takeover of FARALLON MINING by NYRSTAR for .80cents. FAN was suppressed for months at the .61 cent level and should have otherwise easily surpassed .80 cents on its own. But the big boys kept it suppressed and one of the institutions did a lock-up of a major amount of shares and the rest of us have little choice but to go along . The BOD of FAN went along with the deal.

Now I am not saying that we will not get a good deal for the true value of our PRB shares,but IMO,it is highly unlikely. Good deals for retail are rare these days. It all depends on how Dave plays his cards and does not cave in to buyout pressure prematurely.
