How reliable/credible are your sources, in your opinion? The reason I ask is that, intuitively, this possible scenario makes strategic sense to me.

Somebody else (a major player) wants into the chromite game in the ROF, and KWG/PRB is the perfect route to go. There is some backroom poker going on, and I think we are close to seeing "the cards".

Makes PRB's chromite all the more valuable as it is needed for the "winning hand". The fact that there is no love lost between KWG and CLF's also helps said player.
