In my HO, this "would-be" bride just answered that "she's just not ready for that kind of commitment." And in fact it's not much of a commitment, at all...more like: "let's just keep dating and see how it goes"
Notwithstanding the imminent 43-101 on the chromite side, whose release most likely will affect or be affected by the situation with KWG, depending on how Cliffs assesses the relative risk and how they want to play one against the other.
To me it's time for PRB to seperate the two companies (Gold and Chrome) and allow them both to determine their own respective values, thus providing a certain degree of protection to both, while avoiding the possibility of one bringing down the other, because of potential news that might not meet shareholders expectations or just timing of NRs.
Time will tell if these two will finally tie the knot, but it's my impression that one of them figures that they can milk the cow for free.
Good luck to all PRB, and KWG shareholders.
