The Venture Index closed at 2105.81 today. This month it has decisively closed above its long term 1000 day moving average line at around 1900. Every day remaining above this average increases the odds that a major reversal of trend has taken place.This seems to fit well with Bob Chapman's statement from the International Forecaster that gold and silver stocks will be higher for the next 5 to 10 years where great fortunes will be made.
