IMO, KWG would be the most likely conduit thru which Xstrata bids for PRB's chromite. Xstrata could go after both directly, I suppose. Just saying there are more permutations and combinations at play here than just CLF.
In any case, PRB is in a very good position, no matter who makes the initial play.
