I agree.... KWG is between a rock and a hard place.... They are forced to comply with what Cliffs plan is and come up with their share or forfit.... They are the minority partner... the mouse in bed with the elephant... If the elephant passes the hat, KWG has to come up with their anti... and that could be a tough pill for the JR.

If KWG intends to play in nthat game, I see a 10+ consolidation and massive dilution to fund their portion of any development...

On the other hand they could sell their portion to a rival... Enter xstrata.... why would xstrata want a small minority position when the could make a similar value bid for PRB's chromite which is open pitable to start @ surface.

To be blunt... PRB is the priority and KWG has become the "MDN" of this play.

Fow those unaware of what I speak... Look what happened to MDN when they snubbed Barack and had to fund their portion of a 15 MM drill program... the chain of events ment that investor never profited from the deal. The Pangea shareholders took their $7.00/ share and got on with investing. I suggest KWG is in the same situation and PRB doesn't need or want to jump into that bed.... It's been pee'd in!
