PRB is very thinly traded stock... This is normal trading behaviour for such a stock.

The market moves with the individual trades..... if someone gets spooked it moves down as they sell..... someone feels confident about what they see and picks up 50,000 shares and it moves up.... There's no manipulation here just a normal small float thinly traded market.

This new 43 101 confirms a resource about the same size as KWG's portion of the ajacent resource and thus PRB 's intrinsic value is about $3.00/ share for the chromite alone based on the $12.50 a tonne they paid for SPQ

How will cliffs respond? that is the question!

Cliffs already controls the JV project, KWG has minimal impact on the viability of the project. On the other hand PRB's resource would change the dynamics of the project.

First it will add significant resources.

Second it adds on surface open pit material to the resource.

Third it adds high ground.

Forth it takes any boundry issues off the table.

PRB is a game changer for Cliffs.... KWG is just uping the anti to a hand that Ciffs has allready won...... PRB is siting here with potentialy a royal flush.... we only need to draw a King from Cliffs.

JMHO
