I agree with the 'low ball' however, IMO there is not many professionals out there that go out on the limb. Their arguement about how large the gap is on both the horizontal and vertical plain is just as valid as mine. If the nearest holes to the gap hole is 50 m away, the data entered into the model will take that into account. Do they allow for a mid point, say 25 m around the blank and what is the risk to doing this, I don't know.
Real data, drill holes to establish the gap dimension limit are needed. In my view this is the only way we get back to 15 to 20 million tonnes. Why this was not done when the drill and crew was there I don't know. Again in my view the 30 or 40 % chromate, or the gap would have been logged by the geo, its not like 5 gram gold which is not visible.
