Look at last 10 trades of the day. Latimer sells 5 shares ( that is correct 5 shares ) to RBC.

Now how stupid is this getting??? And we do not have to change any of our trading legislation??? IMO,both of these MM's were in on the trade moving the sp down. Latimer seems notorious for selling (or buying) tiny amounts of shares in many other positions.
