In light of yesterdays move on CLM.... they come in with a good fully valued fair price 30% over the market price .... out of the blue as far as the market is concerned.

They bought out FWR and offered SPQ and KWG same value / tonne as they paid for FWR.

Do you really think these guys are suddenly going to leave the table without giving the waiter a tip.... which puts PRB's chromite into perspective.

PRB has a key piece of the resource which that stratles the property line.... Do you really think that this key component will be avoided.

It seams most do not have the confidence to buy more but few are selling.

Cliffs is not going to low ball us, but they may take their time geting the deal completed. Yesterdays offer gives me confidence in making that statment.
