I dissagre ... I think PRB has a more dominent position here from the mining aspect.... KWG can be dragged along kicking and screaming, but the fact is PRB is of much higher importance to enable the efficent mining of this deposit.

Prb has also the added ability to sell their portion to someone else interested in becoming a partner to Cliffs development.... draging Cliffs kicking and screaming to the table... Perhaps the Chinese step into the light here and add a new twist of Lime to our chromite play.
