I agree and I would also be upset at such a takeout,but lets remember Cliffs will hit us with an offer when our sp is most vulnerable. We are down 50% (this morning) from our high on NOv.29/10 and IMO it is no coincidence and not all by the daytraders. IMO,certain mm's have meticulously walked the sp down to benefit Cliffs takeout.
