I suggested CAA as canidate for our AEM royalty and here's why.

Firstly untill oz are proven to exist on our main zone the amount of royaly is not be calculated.... and future value is simply pie in the sky.... so monitizing that royalty in the form of stock such as CAA provides a means of measuring that amount. Not only that is it reduces risk in that CAA already has a substantual royalty from HBM and potentially a windfall royalty. Thus the upside to CAA is substantual and adding our royalty to CAA will ultimately increase their share value.

If we were to get 4 to 5 million shares for our royaly that equates to $12 to 15 million which will show up on our balance sheet on every financial... currently the Goldex royalty has no intrinsic value on our financial and will likely not have any value portrayed untill AEM starts paying that dividend.

Secondly; As CAA aguires other projects such as PRB's royalty the share price will go up substantually... lets say 2 years from now CAA is trading at $8.00... that means PRB will show an asset of $40 to 50 million in stock asset for that royalty. PRB would benifit from not only the value increase in the goldex royalty but every other asset CAA aquires and currently own.

I hold no CAA stock at this time, but I have followed it and owned it on many occasions for many years.

Now if we consider selling this royatly outright at this time the effects are short term... we avoid a financing for some time.

If we do nothing and simply hold this royalty then we are faced with waiting for AEM to define a resource and produce from it before we have some idea of the value of that royalty. What impact does this have on the day to day precieved value of the stock.

This issue came up several years ago .... The Goldex was in the midst of ramping up production through the downturn yet PRB traded as low a .07.... . what does that say about the precieved value of the royalty... The market deals in the here and now! So monitizing that royalty tru a 3rd party allows for tangible value to be assigned to it..... all PRB has to do is hold the stock and that vaue shows up on every financial statment..... a asset that provides a backstop to the share price.
