Probe knows what is going on, it is tough on the stock holders but we have to be patient and in the business world nothing happens overnight. timing is everything and as they (Probe) have been saying how excited they over Borden i think they just are waiting for all the pieces to fall in place to do the right thing. If i were running the comany and saw my stock price falling i would be doing something to prop up the price. But, if i had a plan in place and i knew that it was going to be a dramatic move for the company i would just have to make everyone wait till the news was ready and everyone would reap the benefits.
