There are thousands of investors that use TD... it is likely just one investor selling a few and another investor @ TD that hapens to be using the same instituion.

The ability of a stock to maintain its value in the market is dependant on 2 things..... The first is Confidence in that the projects are advancing..... news driven.

The second is promotion.... that is boots on the ground making contacts and telling your story.... This is the area that needs attention.... attention some of the other directors need to take up the slack on.... or resign and get someone who will add some support to Dave's efforts.

This needs to be more than a 1 man show....JMHO

One man can only juggle so many plates before one of them hits the ground.... The share price is one of those plates.
