Then you only have to find out whether there was any PP or option granting afterwards through scanning the PR´s and that´s it.

You could double-check with IFS/MD&A on SEDAR.

So you would know the up-to-date figure pretty quickly, which let me to assume that you didn´t know where to look this up.
