too looked through the Goldex 43 101 .... The amount od compliant resource on the main zone is insignificant in the report, but it is pre development of the mine to produce from the extension zone. What is missing at this time is the new resources found via the drilling program by AEM over the past 1 year+... That is where the potential revenue is to come from this royalty as AEM moves to production from the main zone.... I believe in 2012.

There is therfore potential ability to monitize this Royalty to AEM ( First right of refusal) or to someone else.... such as a CAA flush with cash and looking for royalty oportunities.
