One very important observation:

I have been playing mining stocks for years. Everybody gets hyped up every year around the time of PDAC.

It's a great conference.

BUT....

I never see any major price movemnts at this time. It's only those that are green that expect PDAC to move their share price. It just does not happen. The boys are all out getting hammered and taking a well deserved break this week.

It's the week or two after PDAC that you will start to see some movement in mining stocks.
