Don't you understand they want the stuff as cheap as possible, especially with no mentioning or leaving the deal open. It's like showing you really need the money now.

Plus as said the press release with the actual buz is neglected due to this way of financing. And of course, I as a long term shareholder can not participate with this deal, sorry only institutional..
