Now that PRB may receive it,s proposed $15,000000 in the near future,I wish that they will use some of the money to deal with the present stalemate at Timmins JV.why can't the company just inform LSG that-since they had broken their agreement with the company time and time again and treated it as their lowest corporate priority,PRB is going to take charge of the property immediately or a law suit will follow.The company can initiate a test drill at the alteration zone quickly not before making an amendment to their latest JV agreement which gave LSG the majority shares.The new JV agreement should be amended to 30/70 to PRB,s favor.
