The hundred share trade at $1.40 was mine. I saw the bid at a $1.39 and put in an order for a couple of thousand shares at a $1.40. Got 100 shares almost immediately picked up another 1900 about at about 3 PM. Nothing nefarious here. Just picking up a few more shares. It is peculiar that I have had a couple of othern instances in the past couple of weeks where I put in what I considered a low ball bid and quickly get a partial fill of 100 shares. I interpret this as someone trying to draw a higher bid out of me, but I really don't know for sure.

I suspect that the reason that Probe may have made the annoncement when they did was that word had already leaked out a few days before. Look at the trade volume the week before the announcement, almost nothing for several days, just like the last few days since the announcement. My thinking is that the big players are looking to pick up shares via the private placement and they were/are sitting on the sidelines looking to see what the private placement price will be. I expect the price to be north of $1.50. Looking forward to seeing the purchase price and the terms of the warrants. That should give us some idea of where the professionals see the stock price going.
